🦅  Birds Eye View

Cariina is hiring our first Customer Success Leader to lead and grow our Customer Success team AND develop, implement and manage scalable and repeatable processes.

This role is based in the Boston, MA area. However, for an exceptional candidate, we are open to a remote hire, with the expectation of working in Boston with our leadership team on a very regular basis.

Your number one goal is to ensure the successful adoption of the Cariina SaaS platform by our Charter and School District clients.  You will act as a player/coach working with clients and as our process subject matter expert, managing implementation and adoption timelines and expectations and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

As the leader of our Customer Success team, you will develop and evolve scalable, repeatable processes, working directly with customers while you lead an early career team to new levels of success and expertise.  You will work closely with our founding executive leadership, sales, and product teams to prioritize customer requirements and desires contributing to the rapid growth of the company.
